1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Data

• Contact Information: e-mail address or user name when you reach us for support
• User Content: face-scan images, measurements or history data you save in the App

1.2 Device and Usage Data

• Device Identifiers: device ID, hardware model, OS version, network details
• Log Data: IP address, device type, browser type, timestamps

1.3 Financial Data

• In-App Purchases: processed by Apple. We only receive purchase receipts for validation.

1.4 Face Data – TrueDepth

• Raw Sensor Data: live depth map and IR/RGB frames from the TrueDepth camera while measuring
• Derived Metrics: numerical values such as interpupillary distance (PD), face width and nose-bridge width calculated on-device
• No Storage of Raw Data: raw frames are processed in memory and discarded immediately
• Voluntary History: derived numbers are stored locally only if you tap Save or export a PDF report
